NATIONAL SHIPMENT
ORDER WITHIN 150€ - Free shipping
ORDER BELOW 150€ - Cost 8 €
All orders will be shipped thru express courier and will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
The exact delivery may change due to final destination of goods.
An email will be sent as soon as the package will be shipped containing tracking informations.
Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
The cost of shipment will be automatically calculated by the system.
All orders are shipped worldwide with express courier and requires a signature upon delivery.
This shipping method has a complete tracking system; once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Please contact cs.splenfirenze@gmail.com prior to sending a return or exchange.
You have 10 days from when your order is delivered to ship / postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.
Place the item/s in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Ship the return with a carrier of your choice, making sure to get a tracking number, or a proof of postage, for your safety.
The invoice / return form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it; if your return is approved, you can expect to receive a refund within 3-4 days of sending the parcel back to us.
Once we have processed the return, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Our refund will be credited to Paypal account. The refund will be visible on your account within 24 hours from receipt of the email confirmation.
Important information:
1 - items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the invoice / return form
2 - make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with packaging, tag and seal still attached.
